We are currently only despatching orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays for the foreseeable.
Working days are Mondays-Fridays and are subject to change from time to time.
Please remember that made to order and preorder items have separate despatch terms/postage prices and this will always be noted in the product description.
Please note that the estimates you see at checkout when choosing your P&P option is the timescale in which Royal Mail aim to deliver after we despatch the order.
If you do not receive a despatch confirmation email within 7 working days of ordering (unless it's a preorder, made to order or custom order), please do feel free to contact us so that we can update you.
This option is for those in the LL53 postcode to collect their orders locally free of charge.
Please refrain from turning up to collect your order until a date and time has been agreed for collection. You’ll receive an automated email when your order is ready for collection and then another email to arrange a date and time.
Please be aware that due to Covid-19, social distancing applies when collecting your order.
Royal Mail Small Parcel
We use this service for all orders up to 2kg. This is the most commonly used method and is used for most orders. Royal Mail's delivery timescale is usually 2-3 working days from the despatch date. Please be aware that it may take longer than this at the moment due to Covid-19.
The standard charge is £4.
Please note that any orders placed that are 1kg or under in total weight might be upgraded to Royal Mail 1st Class for no additional fee.
All orders over 2kg are sent via DPD which is a tracked and signed for service.
Orders of £35 or more will qualify for free postage.
For orders being delivered to Ireland and USA, the standard charge is £10 with orders of £60 or more qualifying for free postage.
UK: Please allow up to 10 working days from the date of your despatch email for your order to arrive. Unfortunately, once your parcel leaves us, the delivery timescale is out of our control. A parcel cannot be classed as missing until 10 working days from the despatch date have passed. Therefore, we kindly ask you to allow for this timescale before contacting us as Royal Mail do have slow periods and we will not be able to refund or replace until 10 working days have passed.
