The current turnaround time is 2-3 working days before despatch.

Please note that the estimates you see at checkout when choosing your P&P option is the timescale in which Royal Mail aim to deliver after we despatch the order.
This option is for those in the LL53 postcode to collect their orders locally free of charge.
This option is for those wanting to place several orders and have everything despatched in one package when the ‘box’ reaches 2kg or two months have passed since starting it. To start an Open Box, simply place orders as usual and choose the 'Open Box' option at checkout. To close your Open Box, pay the £4.50 P&P with your last order and we will despatch everything for you.
Please note that any orders placed using these options that should not fall into these categories, i.e you are not in the LL53 area or do not have an open box with us, will be cancelled and refunded if we receive no reply when attempting to contact you to rectify.
Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For
We use this service for all orders up to 2kg. Royal Mail's delivery timescale is 3-5 working days. You should receive a tracking number with your despatch email.
All orders over 2kg are sent via DPD which is a tracked and signed for service.
Orders of £35 or more will qualify for free postage. The standard charge is £4.50.
For orders being delivered to Ireland, the standard charge is £15 with orders of £60 or more qualifying for free postage.
Royal Mail 2nd Class
This service is used for anything that goes as a large letter e.g. Our Themed Boxes. Royal Mail's delivery timescale is 3-5 working days. There is no tracking number for this service.
The standard charge is £2.50.
Please allow up to 10 working days from the date of your despatch email for your order to arrive. Unfortunately, once your parcel leaves us, the delivery timescale is out of our control. A parcel cannot be classed as missing until 10 working days from the despatch date have passed. Therefore, we kindly ask you to allow for this timescale before contacting us as Royal Mail do have slow periods and we will not be able to refund or replace until 10 working days have passed.
